Well, the countdown is on. Officially, I have 2 weeks left until the arrival of the baby....per my body, maybe days. I would prefer days! By now, I was on bed rest and narcotics for pain with Cate so all this "final days" discomfort was nonexistent for me!
Anyway- Cate is growing and changing so much everyday. She is very verbal, adding new words to her vocabulary everyday...today we made grilled cheese for lunch and she kept saying grilled cheese....not perfectly clear but you knew what she was saying. She is fiercely independent but still LOVES her mama.
Over 4th of July weekend, we headed back to Bavon for our final trip before new baby and she enjoyed LOTS of time in the water with her dad and his parents. Cate has turned into a regular beach babe!
